Wordpress 2.3 is out

I just finished installing this new version of WP to start this new blog and I have to admit the installation was a breeze. After several years of using MT for Los Blogueros, I decided to give WP a more detailed look. And so far I like what I see.
There has been a lot of hype around this new release during the past few days, and after looking for it all day long it finally appeared in the WP site.
As I embark in this new adventure exploring and writing about new media, social networks and Web 2.0 topics from the perspective of how Latinos are approaching this exciting new world, I am sure I will get to appreciate the virtues of WP as a blogging tool much more.
I eventually plan to add Podcasting to the site and make use of multimedia as I explore newer tools.
It should be fun. Stay tuned.
